Festival Prizes - as exchanged for 25 Festival Tickets from Kao Teng on the boardwalk - does anyone have a complete list of what's in them this year?
EDIT: Ignore above, and importantly, see below.
Note from: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Talk:Boardwalk_Prize
Someone keeps editing the wiki to say last year there was an 85% chance of a pig, however this is NOT TRUE.
Odd however that there is a guy standing next to Kao Teng, holding a pig, with a device that looks like it would be used for stuffing one into a box.
Anyone have any ideas?
Cheers,
T.

I do not belive the celestial rats exist regardless of the pictures I have seen posted. I just finished opening 379 linar fortunes and nothing but 4k cash and an overdose of fireworks. Seems to me, that it would be a little more fair. Ive read where people have gotten them while opening only 40 or so, and then I read so many that have opened 100s and no rat. (I am obviously in the latter group). There for I dont belive they really exist. they are a figment of peoples warped imagination. Thats all there is to it. lol
seriously though, for those of us out there that wont get a rat...dont feel to bad, your definatly not alone. and it sucks.

thats the pig-a-pult. He is trying to help the pig learn to fly. Pay him 10g and he will toss the pig for you.

I think the going rate for a Celestial Rat is about 25-35K. Definitly quicker and probably cheaper than getting fortunes.

Or just wait until after the finale to get one and wait for the price to drop. (like it did to the mini pigs last year)

Confirmed, if you get all 5 dishes done you get the following
- 16 Red Gift Bags
- 5 Crates of Fireworks - makes a 10 min fireworks display in your Guild Hall
- A Lion Mask

LMFAO at the reused mask and the "oh so special" GUILD HALL ONLY consumables.
Anet, you are getting INCREDIBLY lazy. Since you reused that mask, I'd like the 1st wintersday Grenth horns I missed out on.
Thanks!
Epic fail.

Guess what Gaile...IT IS A MASK....same as last year.
How about we tell you what's in the game and not the other way around. I guess I will now officially disbelieve anything you say from now on. Why after the polar mini mess up, can this happen again? What you said is simply not true...again.

Didn't they promise "Something volatile ?"
A Crate of fireworks that lasts 10 minutes? - I give them credit for originality.
This was my first event - at least I got the mask for my new Factions character.
Not really farming but I'm getting my share of stuff.
(I had two or three ingredients out of a soup.)

Gaile was "misinformed" about the hat again. The hat is still giving out AT A FINALE and not a minute before, SAME AS LAST YEAR.
Sigh...somehow I wonder if people at Anet are making Gaile's job difficult on purpose.

So far I have been very disapointed with the event. I get to spend a lot of money to stand on rings. The Mask was the same one I already have and I didn't like it then eithor. Like at Wintersday we only got 2 hats instead of 4. Who needs fireworks for my guild there are only 2 of us in it.
I don't understand the problem with having a lot of mini pigs. All you did was make them expensive. What's wrong with having pet that a new player can afford? You all cater to the uber rich too much. I think the minis should be achieveable to anyone who buys the game. At 400k a Gwen or Panda is never going to be within my reach and I play a lot.
Trading 5 for one was way too many. I might have been able to accept 2 0r3for one. Then the new rats drop at a mizerly rate. I opened 500 and got 2 but only after I had opened 420 of them. My brother opened 230 and got none. Luckly I had an extra to give him.
If your going to have an event have it and don't skimp. We know what you have done in the past.
A crate of fireworks are you kidding me. Once you use it its gone. A mini you keep forever.
The Celestial Pigs and Rats are BEAUTIFUL! You did a very good job there.
The drop rate on the collector items could have been raised for the lat week or so. I had to kill about 75 griffons yesterday for a wing.
Also, if you actually got something worth while for giving an item to the chef perhaps people would do it. ONE lunar token are you kidding me. Ten lunar fortunes maybe or 10 gift bags. Maybe people would get off the rings and go hunting. I managed to come up with about 14 item needed all together in about 2 days of massive farming. But our district only finished 3 dishes. And for a crate of fireworks, I could have been trying to finish my cartography or vanquishing.

Well I don't know how many threads i've said this but...
650 Lunar Fortunes NO RAT.
Fireworks = Fine.
Mini Pig Trade = okay (had 6 pigs)
Celestial Rat = EPIC FAIL (well for me anyway)
Same Hat = Fine for me, don't really care all that much.
Party Animal = Nice title I like it =]
rating 5/10 (reason because NO MINI RAT) GArghh.

Although we knew they were doing this, I have to agree. No new hat just seems pretty lazy, and for the majority of people there is no reason to even attend this event. I have no interest in the fireworks, they're just going to be taking up space in my storage until the end of time.
Please don't make more events follow the style of this one. Very disappointing.

9 Rings to get to level 2 lucky while asleep. (+1)
1000 fortune = got 2 rats that dropped on the last 100 - had two accounts with 18 characters and ran every character through the missions. (-1) (Not achievable by average player)
25,000 easy exp points for legendary survivor. (+1)
No new hat (-1)
Roller Beetle Racing just for victory tokens and gamer title (-1) (Only one map is boring)
Final Event big surprise a waste of an inventory slot (-1) (could have been something so much better)
Touch the worm = win every time because others go afk just to get the gamer title (-1)
Overall Rating for me (-3). About what I guessed it would be.

Not sure if this is where to ask: Are there any guilds that are supplying the ingredients in a specific district? I know many did that last year. Thanks.
